The metal is stamped with KD608. All the metal around lenses is in good condition. These are Road side emergency or safety reflectors, probably vintage. I really don't know how to use these and if anything else came with this set originally.

The lenses are plastic and have following raised numbers letters on them: sae-a69 ls these fold up down flip. These lenses have scratches, but no cracks, chips, or gouges. However, the original metal box they came in has a lot of rust on it. The bendable rods have some rust.
